SPring-8 GUEST HOUSE

Available from Sep. 25th to 30th (c/o: Oct. 1st).

Check-In: 16:00-22:00　　　　　Check-Out: -10:30

The room charge is 2,000 JPY per night.
We will book SPring-8 Guest House for all the participants.

INTERNET ACCESS

Wireless Internet access is available at all area in SPring-8 site.

CAFETERIA

SPring-8 cafeteria offers a selection of food: Japanese, Western and Chinese food, noodles, curry, etc. Payment has to be made by a rechargeable prepaid card. Please load money onto the card using the machine located just inside the entrance before use.

Breakfast:　8:00 - 9:30
Lunch:　11:30 - 14:00　　　　　　　　　　Open 7 days a week
Dinner:　17:30 - 19:30

Food Cost: Approx. 500 JPY per meal.

SHOP KIRARI

Shop Kirari is located in the cafeteria building and open 11:00 - 15:00 and 17:00 - 20:00 on weekdays.

ATM

The nearest ATM machines are located in Kouto Plaza near the “Shibafu-hiroba” (Lawn Park) bus stop. We strongly recommend that you withdraw enough cash at the airport upon your arrival.

Oct. 3 (Mon): Kyoto Excursion
Pick up at 7:30.

Return bus from SPring-8:
Oct. 1 and 2: 19:00 in front of PR center (Lecture hall).
Oct. 4: 20:00 in front of Farewell Reception Venue.
Oct. 5: 14:00 in front of PR center (Lecture hall).
It takes about 30 min from SPring-8 to Aioi Station.
